The
current location and attendance management in
the Employer does not allow solid audit
method. As such, funds collected are not
quantified accordingly. Given that the Employer revenue depends on the
number of people and their individual collections, the data regarding the
registrations and the funds collected needs to be automated and stored in a cloud-based system, where the audit can be done
automatically from the head office.
The
recommended system is a biometric based registration, which is supported by a
mobile attendance
management application. This system shall include a fingerprint detector,
where registrations shall be done at the
gate and all the people who attend a given event shall be required to enter
their fingerprints, which shall be matched to their category of event. Thus the amount raised per event can be quantified automatically.
