despite being neighbors to other go-downs, it is close to a river, which
provides a loophole which can be used by the workers as a path to sneak
property out. The site is also located next to other staff management sites.
The main gate does not have an access control measure, thus even if there are
workers who are left at the site, they can sneak out with property. Being located at a walking distance from the
slums, the workers come from the locality, thus there may be plans to sneak
items out through the fence, and external partners will pick them from the
opposite side. The current measures to eliminate staff absence is thorough absence management
software for workers when they are leaving the job, thus the possibility of
lateness during normal working hours is minimal. If items are thrown out of the
site during the day, there is no measure to alert the field employee’s
officers. Finally, the site has many
blind spots, where workers can hide during the day and throw items over the
fence.
